ECEn 563: Numerical Methods

Program Educational Objectives and Outcomes

The BYU Electrical and Computer Engineering Department has established objectives for the accomplishments of alumni in the years after graduation, as well as program learning outcomes outcomes that define the skills and knowledge students should have at the time of graduation. These goals are primarily oriented towards the undergraduate program, but are of value in understanding the mission of the graduate program and the department as a whole.

Competencies for this Course

After completing this course, students should be able to develop numerical algorithms to solve integral and differential equations and use them to solve engineering problems.
